Currently, the important role of seniors in society is emphasized, promoting initiatives for the active social inclusion of seniors. Activation of the elderly takes various forms and concepts, the aim of which is to maintain an active lifestyle among seniors, despite the lost role of an employee. Among the senior community, there is also a noticeable increase in awareness and popularization of a healthy lifestyle. Modern seniors are increasingly aware of how much depends on them in terms of quality of life and maintaining physical and mental fitness for many years.
