Thereby the military defence budget and investment would be enhanced like USA whose military budge attain more than 10% GDP(gross domestic product) amount while China whose one no more than 5% to show the USA strong sea defence capability caused the foreign trade exportation and importation process smoothly. Through comparing with other country one will observe the profit and deficit we could make and regulate the relevant economic measure to raise the next several years GDP y-y and total amount. So the positive consumption and enjoining leisure time even go abroad to travel to stay some time will become patriotism currently and in future the consumption enthusiasm is going to wield huge influence to economy development. On the other side, the scientists might process high-technique product some parameters in procedure course which may form the new quality product contributing to the society in future absolutely. Because those new high-technique product has complicated courses and extracted from original materials in general, some AI(artificial intelligence) is going to need make programming process for the sake of completing the driven hardware into intelligent behavior and judgement within a certain zone like movement robot which needs to some visual sensors to observe object and if qualified they is able to move some materials from a place to another place continuously and if there are not qualified then it doesn’t finish the one and pick out them into unqualified zone. Certainly the movement plan will be reserved into robot chip for it to find the good one with machine learning, failure tree, deep learning, re-learning in order to fit to the environment change somewhat. All those will be for the sake of the cost declining and increasing material life &promoting efficiency at all.
