We not only need those who majors in engineering department but also those who has interest in engineering department, so that the more broad views will be needed by us urgently. There are many talents who graduated from other subjects but they could like to proceed the different subjects like computer science instead of electricity engineering, therein we may judge his potential capability if he do the computer relevant work in future we may make him to process, which could help their more positive activity behaviors than before and others. Moreover, we should erect the collaborative ship with scientist etc top talent in order to progress enterprise smoothly and quickly, so the urgent scholars will be reserved as many as possible for making candidate them to succeed the programming project continuously. Not only economy but also high-tech etc. cutting-edge-field retrieving will be progressed since the time has been not enough for us to delay. So we should urge and stimulate current and future one constantly with scientists’ cooperation relationship, which may promote our each indicator like GDP(Gross domestic product) and foreign trade amount in the end. On the other side, the GDP will indicate the y-o-y(year over year) increase rate according to calculating the amount, so it may present the relationship between two years even two months and so on. It can provide the real increase rate accurately so we may judge the developing speed and make some regulation for a certain. Thereby it is the most important economic indicator as we erect modeling to predict GDP for the next several years.
