The Scientist̖ expert will prevail recently because they has capability to process innovation for new materials̖ product etc who has high degree and diploma with many experiences. We should know their achievement and capability enough and nominate them in R & D(research &development) department to continue their research and publish their achievement in famous journal which can change to reform a new view and method subjects. We should encourage the prize granted to those experts since they afford new finds and achievements for defined field of physics, materials etc..Through papers they published we can learn what to trial and how to solve etc. many respects so we could do other similar working for the sake of approaching our destination in many subjects correspondingly. We can solve those mathematics problems so that the results can be acquired through simulating method like them so as to promote the common problem with different views and ways.
