Integrating Intelligent Feedback Models in E-Learning Platforms for Graduates’ Digital Empowerment, Innovation, and Inclusion in the Digital Economy

This study examined the role of intelligent feedback models in empowering next-generation graduates and promoting participation in the digital economy through innovation and inclusion. The study was anchored on the Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) which emphasizes the influence of feedback and environmental factors on learners’ behavior and self-efficacy. A descriptive survey research design was adopted. The population comprised  learners on e-learning platforms, from which a sample of 420 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using Intelligent Feedback and Graduates’ Digital Empowerment Questionnaire (IFGDEQ), which yielded a Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficient of 0.89. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and regression analysis. Findings revealed that intelligent feedback significantly enhanced learner engagement (β = .62, p < .001), digital competence (β = .68, p < .001), and innovation capability (r = .59, p < .001). Digital competence also significantly influenced digital economic participation (β = .71, p < .001). The study concluded that intelligent feedback models are effective mechanisms for promoting graduates’ digital empowerment, innovation, and inclusion. It was recommended that e-learning providers should incorporate adaptive feedback mechanisms to promote inclusive and sustainable digital development.
